The Failing Is Normal Wall Accent has the expression “Failing is normal, keep going” framed by a circle stitched in multicolor variegated thread onto a white fabric with a turquoise, green, and black cactus print.

The embroidered fabric is framed and finished in a 7inch round wooden embroidery hoop hand painted turquoise with a ribbon loop for hanging. All of my wall accents are specially designed to be unobtrusive and lightweight for those living tiny or on the road.

All of my wall accents are prototyped using an intuitive stitching approach with no plan or outline. I handmake each item with inspiration from the medium and my wild life on the road.

Due to the nature of this process, each piece of jewelry is a one of a kind piece. Handmade items, by nature have imperfections. Based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next. This is one of the many things that makes handcrafted work unique.
